The first step of Jo-Anne and Trevor’s plan was development of a 3D video which was spectacular and led to 13 showings over 5 days. On day 5 we had four offers and it sold unconditionally for $56,000 over asking. Their 1% listing agent commission meant there is more money in our pocket. He’s by no mean a house inspector but his advice on some things i wouldn’t haven’t noticed was well appreciated.He was great,laid-back, no-pressure type of agent that gave us great independence but also amazing advice when it came to putting our offer in. Extra bonus was that he gives you “cash-back” instead of a gift which paid for our new dinning room table!
