We were listed for a grand total of 30 hours. Yes a little over a day. Throw in that they offer very reasonable selling commission rates. They are a nice, down-to-earth couple who worked as a team, they showed years of experience in the value of their advice and their connections to people who helped me get my house ship-shape to market, and then they were top-notch at negotiating the deal.
