The first step of Jo-Anne and Trevor’s plan was development of a 3D video which was spectacular and led to 13 showings over 5 days. On day 5 we had four offers and it sold unconditionally for $56,000 over asking. Their 1% listing agent commission meant there is more money in our pocket. We were listed for a grand total of 30 hours. Yes a little over a day. Throw in that they offer very reasonable selling commission rates.
