Marketing Prowess.
We list your home just about everywhere. Starting with the MLS® System and REALTOR.ca, we syndicate your listing to over 30 major real estate websites. In fact, your listing will appear on the websites of the largest real estate brands in Canada. We also invest heavily in social media advertising, both in building brand awareness and in the promotion of our clients real estate listings.
Real estate is one of the few industries where small boutique brokerages compete on equal footing with larger franchise systems, given the collaborative nature of the MLS® System.

Lower fees? Yes. Cheaper? No.
Discount brokerages are often viewed as offering inferior service, largely as a result of the unbundling of services in order to slash fees. Unlike some discount brokerages, we never cut corners to offer lower commission. We are a full service brokerage offering personalized service at a lower commission rate, and are highly respected amongst other brokerages and REALTORS® where we serve. We charge home sellers 1% listing commission, and give home buyers 25% of the commission we earn when they hire us as their buyer representation.
