A cash back rebate is payment made by our brokerage to clients who use Equity One when purchasing real estate.

Your rebate depends on the price of your home, along with the commission being offered. The higher the purchase price and commission, the bigger the rebate cheque.

Not at all. You’ll still receive full-service representation, including property searches, showings, negotiations, and contract management. The rebate is simply a bonus.

As an independent real estate brokerage, we pay our clients the money that would have otherwise gone to pay the brokerage. As we don’t pay franchise fees, desk fees, or commission splits, we simply pass these savings along to you in the form of a rebate.

After your purchase is finalized and our commission is paid, we issue you a cheque or direct deposit for your rebate. The rebate payment is typically issued within 10 days of closing.
