If ever you have bought a house you know the feeling. Cash going out to so many hands. It feels really good when about 2 weeks after closing you get a cheque from Equity One.Trevor put together great pics of our existing home and again with shrewd advice from Joanne we got 10% over our asking, which itself was already more than I thought we would get.. We were listed for a grand total of 30 hours. Yes a little over a day. Throw in that they offer very reasonable selling commission rates.
