He’s by no mean a house inspector but his advice on some things i wouldn’t haven’t noticed was well appreciated.He was great,laid-back, no-pressure type of agent that gave us great independence but also amazing advice when it came to putting our offer in. Extra bonus was that he gives you “cash-back” instead of a gift which paid for our new dinning room table!
