  • I got into real estate because I genuinely love helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. It’s a career that perfectly blends my passion for people, problem-solving, and investing in the communities I care about. Every day brings something new, whether I’m negotiating a deal, guiding first-time buyers, or helping sellers get the best return for their property. What I love most is knowing that I get to participate in life journeys, whether I’m helping someone navigate the purchase of their first home, helping them upsize for a growing family, or downsizing empty-nesters. It’s work that challenges and inspires me every day.

  • Since leaving the Federal Government in 2013, I’ve personally completed close to 600 transactions (purchases and sales).

    From small condos, to multi-million dollar estates, farms, cottages, and everything in between. I’ve seen it all, and its prepared me to deal with anything that may arise during a real estate transaction.

  • We got our start in real estate assisting private home sellers, when in 2008, Equity One offered the first MLS® ‘mere posting’ service, posting private For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings to the local MLS® System. Then, in 2013 we discontinued the mere posting service in favour of a low commission full-service model. We witnessed first-hand the benefit of having a professional REALTOR® manage the sale on behalf of their clients, and grew concerned with the number of private sellers leaving money on the table.

    Today’s real estate market has evolved since we began, and our clients expect transparency, efficiency, innovation, and fair pricing.
