They answered my questions promptly and clearly, without any ambiguity, so I always felt in control of the sale of my property. They are a nice, down-to-earth couple who worked as a team, they showed years of experience in the value of their advice and their connections to people who helped me get my house ship-shape to market, and then they were top-notch at negotiating the deal. Extra bonus was that he gives you “cash-back” instead of a gift which paid for our new dinning room table! The first step of Jo-Anne and Trevor’s plan was development of a 3D video which was spectacular and led to 13 showings over 5 days. On day 5 we had four offers and it sold unconditionally for $56,000 over asking. Their 1% listing agent commission meant there is more money in our pocket.
