We provide exceptional photography, and a 3D immersive virtual tour for each and every listing. And your property address gets its own web address. We want your property to remain solely in focus when we market your property online, free from the distraction of other similar homes.
But we won't limit ourselves to photos and virtual tours. Drone, custom sign printing, video - anything it takes to showcase your home in the best possible light is included in our service, at no additional cost.
We list your home just about everywhere. Starting with the MLS® System and REALTOR.ca, we syndicate your listing to over 30 major real estate websites. In fact, your listing will appear on the websites of the largest real estate brands in Canada. We also invest heavily in social media advertising, both in building brand awareness and in the promotion of our clients real estate listings.
Real estate is one of the few industries where small boutique brokerages compete on equal footing with larger franchise systems, given the collaborative nature of the MLS® System.
Only Our Fee Is Discounted.
Lower fees? Yes. Cheaper? No.
Discount brokerages are often viewed by REALTORS® in the industry as offering inferior service, largely as a result of the unbundling of services in order to slash fees. That stigma remains today. Unlike some discount brokerages, we never cut corners to offer lower commission. We are a full service brokerage offering personalized service at a discounted rate, and are highly respected amongst other brokerages and REALTORS®. We charge home sellers 1% listing commission, and give home buyers 25% of the commission we earn when they hire us as their buyer representation.
